How do I sign up to be a part of HAC Logistics carrier network?
Our onboarding process is done through my carrier packets. All necessary documents and agreements will be uploaded and processed there.
I just signed up to be a part of HAC Logistics carrier network. How long until I can move freight with HAC Logistics?
Right away! Look on Truckstop for available loads, and call, text, or email our dispatch team
What should I do if I have an issue after normal business hours?
HAC Logistics is open 24/7, including holidays. If you have a problem, we will resolve it day or night!
All payments are processed through Epay, whether we are paying the carrier direct, or they are using a factoring company. It’s a great automated payment system that lets you choose QuickPay at 3% or 30 days, with no charge for each load.
How do I register for Epay?
If you use a factoring company, they should already be registered in Epay to receive payments from us, and no action is needed on your part!
If you do NOT use factoring, you will need to register in Epay if you haven’t already. You only have to register once!

How do I submit an invoice for a load?
Upload documents to Epay. (Invoice, Rate confirmation, and POD)
